Changelog
What's new on Slipstream, newest first.
September 2026
- Health board diagrams show exactly what a report needs — Each report on the Health board now shows a simple diagram of its data sources, with a button to fix or refresh any one of them — or run everything at once.
- Property Spotlight shows which fields came from a fallback source — Instead of just a count, Spotlight now lists the specific fields filled in by a backup source, not only the ones still missing.
- Smoother loading on your Home Base brief — The daily brief on Home Base now shows a placeholder while it loads instead of a blank box.
- More property details fill in automatically for OwnerRez — Room type and room details now sync automatically for OwnerRez-connected properties instead of staying blank.
August 2026
- New accounts get your full booking history right away — A first-time sync used to pull only the current year's bookings; now it pulls your complete history from day one.
- Booking-overlap warnings on Listing Changes now actually show up — A bug kept the "Contract Drift" alert — which flags a listing edit made during an active stay — from firing for anyone; it now works for every property.
- Property Spotlight tells you exactly what's missing — Instead of just a count of stale or missing fields, it now lists the specific ones so you know exactly what to fix.
- Health board points you straight to the fix — When an output is stuck, the Health board now explains why and links directly to the action that clears it, instead of leaving you to guess.
- Refresh everything in one click — A new "Run all" action re-evaluates every stale or never-run output on the Health board at once, with a progress indicator.
- Enter Year Built directly — You can now fill in a property's Year Built from the Signals tab or On-Site tab, wherever you're already looking.
- More reliable Co-Host Value Scorecard — Fixed cases where the scorecard showed blank, or gave a confident answer before it actually had the data to back it up.
- Know what owners will see before you invite them — The "Invite your owners" step now includes a quick explainer of what an owner can view and do compared to a co-host.
- More accurate data for OwnerRez-connected properties — Bathroom counts now correctly account for half-baths, and the Listing Changes chart now populates for OwnerRez properties, not just Hospitable-synced ones.
July 2026
- Dark mode is now the default — New sign-ins start in dark mode (switch back to light anytime), and we fixed a spot where the view-mode switcher was unreadable in dark mode.
- Smoother charts and tables on phones — Chart legends, zoom controls, and the date picker now fit cleanly on small screens, and the Baseline comparison line stays visible even with Forecast turned off.
- Track what your changes actually do — Log an upgrade or fix on a property — or flag any Insight's forecast — and Slipstream charts your real results against the forecast from the day you acted, so you can see how things played out.
- Recommendations you can act on — Insights now carry a one-click "track this" and a quick "I acted on this" so your reports and the numbers stay connected over time.
June 2026
- Clearer account onboarding — Slipstream now sends timely, friendly reminders to help you finish signing in and connect your Hospitable account.
- Better on mobile — Smoother menus, responsive tables, and a tidy card view for the graph editor on phones and tablets.
May 2026
- Smarter review insights — A dozen new signal categories (guest sentiment, host responsiveness, pricing, maintenance risk, and more) surface richer takeaways from your reviews.
- AI-detected amenities — The On-Site tab flags amenities our AI spots in your listings, and lets you inspect or dismiss each one.
- Market-based feature gaps — See how your property's physical attributes compare to local market medians, with thresholds that highlight where you may be missing out.
- New plans & per-property pricing — Refreshed subscription tiers (including the Boutique and Agency plans) with transparent per-property pricing.
- Flexible billing — Pay monthly or annually, apply discount codes at checkout, and get receipts that itemize tax.
- Courtesy billing emails — Friendly heads-ups before renewals, plus confirmations when you cancel, resume, or change a plan.
- Safer signup — Bot protection on the signup form keeps accounts secure.
- Polished dark mode — Improved contrast and field backgrounds across the On-Site and Listing Details panes.
- Legal at your fingertips — Terms and privacy links are available directly from the Credits and billing pages.
April 2026
- Scan your listing with AI, on demand — A new "Scan with AI" button on the Amenities tab lets you trigger a fresh AI pass over your listing photos and description, with the last scan time shown so you know how current your results are.
- Buy credits directly — The Credits page now connects to real checkout, so you can purchase additional credits as a one-time top-up instead of waiting on your plan's monthly allotment.
- See a credit estimate before you scan — Confirm the expected credit cost before running an AI scan, instead of finding out after.
- Collapsible sidebar — Collapse the left navigation to give your dashboard more room.
- Listing status at a glance — The property summary table now shows a status dot and dims properties that aren't currently listed.
- Subscriptions page is public — Anyone can review Slipstream's plans and pricing at slipstream.rentals/subscriptions before signing in.
March 2026
- Owner and Co-Host view modes — Your view now persists across sessions, and switching between them no longer risks landing you on a broken page.
- Reorganized property tabs, plus a new On-Site tab — Property pages now follow a clearer tab order, and the new On-Site tab gathers your listing details, layout, and location in one place.
- Listing change tracking — See a visual diff whenever your listing details change over time, not just that something changed.
- Quick property switcher — Co-hosts and admins can jump between properties from a dropdown instead of navigating back to the portfolio view.
- Dark mode, throughout — Comprehensive dark mode support landed across every page and chart, with custom theme colors.
- Subscriptions launched — Slipstream's first paid subscription tiers, with welcome messaging and a usage ledger so you can see what you've used.
February 2026
- Custom property names — Give properties display names of your own instead of showing raw Hospitable listing names, with a per-property toggle in Settings.
- Co-host site sync — Point Slipstream at your co-host's website and sync your listing details from it directly, from Settings.
