Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of slipstream.rentals ("Service"), a subscription-based rental management platform hosted on Vercel and delivered via Resend.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract under Georgia law. If using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Account & Access

• You provide accurate email/contact info and keep credentials secure.
• We may suspend access for violations, non-payment, or security concerns.
• You may close your account anytime via concierge@slipstream.rentals or the unsubscribe link in any email.

Support access. With your account, our support staff may open a time-limited session that displays the Service as you see it, in order to diagnose problems you report, run processes on your behalf, or configure features you have requested. Such sessions are capped at two hours, cannot be extended, and cannot access your password, your stored third-party API keys, your billing settings, or your account permissions. Every session is recorded with the staff member's identity and a written reason, and you can review them at any time under Settings → Account access. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via slipstream.rentals/unsubscribe or email concierge@slipstream.rentals.
• Notice of changes: We provide reasonable advance notice (typically 7-30 days) via email for material changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to infringe others' rights
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Submit prohibited data (PHI, financial account numbers, government IDs) without authorization
• Use the Service for high-risk activities (medical, aviation, autonomous vehicles)

5. Intellectual Property

• Our content: All Service features, code, branding, and documentation are owned by Slipstream Rentals.
• Your content: You retain rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit it.

6. Privacy & Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, including the guest personal data in your account and who can access it. We use Vercel (hosting and AI routing), Neon (database), and Resend (email delivery) as processors.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY GEORGIA LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Exclusive venue: state or federal courts in Georgia.
