Connecting your account
Connect Hospitable to SlipStream
It takes about a minute. You approve the connection on Hospitable's own sign-in page — SlipStream never sees your Hospitable password.
Ready to go? Open Settings and use Property management system → Connect via OAuth.
Open SettingsYou'll be asked to sign in to SlipStream first if you aren't already. Connecting is an admin action, so it has to be someone with admin access on your SlipStream account.
What happens, step by step
Start from your setup email — or from Settings
The quickest way: open the setup email we sent when you signed up (subject “One more step — connect your Hospitable account”) and click Connect Hospitable. It drops you on the right panel already expanded, so there is nothing to find.
Can't find the email? Check spam, or just use the button above — it goes to the same place. In SlipStream that is Settings → Property management system → Connect via OAuth.
Approve on Hospitable
We hand you to Hospitable's own sign-in page. Sign in there as you normally would and approve the connection. Your password is entered on Hospitable's site and never passes through SlipStream.
We import your portfolio
You land back in SlipStream and the first sync starts on its own: your properties and listing details, your full booking history, and your guest reviews. A large portfolio with years of history takes a few minutes — the page tells you where it's up to.
Your dashboard fills in
Occupancy, rates and booking pace appear as soon as the reservations land. Review-driven insights — maintenance risks, listing gaps, guest sentiment — arrive once your reviews have been scanned, which runs shortly after.
What SlipStream can and can't do with the connection
- We read, we don't write. SlipStream pulls properties, reservations and reviews out of Hospitable. It does not change your listings, message guests, or alter your calendar.
- Your password stays with Hospitable. The connection is an authorization you grant on their site, and you can revoke it from Hospitable at any time.
- You can disconnect here. Settings has a Disconnect control. Data already imported stays in your SlipStream account until you delete it.
If something goes wrong
- You landed back on Settings with an error
- Start the connection again — a consent screen that sits open too long expires. If it fails a second time, tell us what the message said.
- It connected, but no properties appeared
- Check that the Hospitable account you approved is the one holding your listings — agencies often have more than one. Settings shows which account is linked.
- Some properties are missing
- SlipStream imports active listings. Anything archived or paused in Hospitable won't come across until it's active again.
- You don't use Hospitable
- SlipStream also connects to OwnerRez. Pick your platform in Settings before connecting — the same panel, a different button.
