We're looking for a small group of OwnerRez hosts to run Slipstream against their real data — and to tell us where it's wrong. You get full access and a direct hand in what ships; we get the one thing a test account can never give us.
Under an hour a week. No card, no commitment, and nothing renews when it ends.

Based on 10–11 representative properties across portfolios we actively track, updated 2026-09-17, not a computation of your own properties.
Enter your property count. The dollar estimates come from Pricing Oracle and The Upgrade Strategist, run against properties we actively track.

What you get
Every feature, on your own portfolio, with no card on file and nothing to cancel. Four weeks from your own start date rather than a fixed cohort window — you begin when your connection is live.
A real person walks the OAuth connect with you and checks that your properties, bookings and owner terms came across with the names matched. Not a ticket queue.
Trial feedback goes into the product, not a backlog. The recipes are editable, so where a threshold or a wording is wrong for your portfolio, it can be changed the same day — by you or by us.
Your account and everything imported into it carries into a discounted plan when the trial ends. If you'd rather stop, nothing renews and you can request export or deletion at any time.
The discount code travels in the trial email rather than on this page, so it can't go stale here.
Workflows
New here? The guided tour is a quick lay of the land before you choose.
Start with the built-in Maintenance Prophet on a property with critical reviews, and judge whether the risks it predicts are real and worth acting on. Then change a step and watch every property re-score.
The Framer intro video is the fastest way in.
Auto-clustered friction signals, graded, counted and traceable to the quote that produced them. Do they match what you would have flagged reading the same reviews yourself?
There’s a short walkthrough of this view if you’d rather watch first.
Amenities and fixes worth making, read out of your own listing text and your guests' reviews. On OwnerRez we surface what's worth adding but deliberately won't claim your listing contradicts your amenities — free-text amenities can't distinguish "no hot tub" from "hot tub not mentioned".
Preview what an owner sees, drawn from the same recipes you work from rather than a report assembled once a month. Is it a picture you would be willing to hand over?
The path every future OwnerRez user hits: OAuth connect, then check that properties, bookings, owner terms and reviews arrived with names matched. Where listing content is missing, this is usually the listings permission rather than a broken connection.

Settings → Property management system → OwnerRez → Connect via OAuth. No API key. We help with this in week one.
Take one of the five above — whichever answers a question you actually have this week. You do not need to try all of them.
"Useful / confusing / wrong / I'd change X." That is genuinely the feedback we need. Under an hour a week, about three hours total.
