OwnerRezSlipstream

Reviewing your data to make informed decisions — with the reasoning left open.

Slipstream reads your properties, your full booking history, your contracted owner splits and your guest reviews out of OwnerRez — then wires them into recipes that produce owner-ready numbers you can trace back to the field they came from.

No OwnerRez account needed to look around. One login works for the demo and the real thing.

What’s your portfolio leaving on the table?

Enter your property count. The dollar estimates come from Pricing Oracle and The Upgrade Strategist, run against properties we actively track.

Estimated bookings exposure / year

$36,823

from listings priced a median $31.54/night below market

Upgrade revenue upside / year

$75,024

recoverable by fixing each property’s top guest-review friction point

These numbers come from Slipstream recipes.

Based on 10–11 representative properties across portfolios we actively track, updated 2026-09-17, not a computation of your own properties.

We sync everything OwnerRez holds, and add useful things it doesn't

Slipstream's superpowers include automatically harvesting data from sources that don't normally talk with each other.

Properties and their owner terms

Capacity, location and address — and, because OwnerRez actually reports them, the contracted owner split and commission terms per property. Owner statements are computed from your real agreement rather than an assumed percentage.

Your whole booking history

Every booking, not just the current season: nightly rate, length of stay, lead time, channel and status. Occupancy and booking pace are computed from the record, not sampled.

Guest reviews

Read and scored for sentiment, then mined for recurring maintenance problems and for amenities guests expected and did not find. Host-authored reviews of guests are filtered out — they are not opinions about the property.

OwnerRez doesn't push reviews to us, so we collect them on our own schedule rather than instantly.

Listing content

Descriptions, rooms, amenity call-outs and the photo gallery at original resolution.

Behind an additional OwnerRez permission — see below. Properties, bookings and owner terms sync without it.

Changes as they happen

OwnerRez pushes property, booking, guest and inquiry updates to us, so most of your data lands without waiting for a nightly job.

And everything that isn't your PMS

Your own co-host website read as a data source and reconciled against what OwnerRez holds; local property records and valuations for the neighbourhoods you operate in; weather against your calendar.

Comps and valuations are an account entitlement rather than part of every plan.

Listing content is a separate OwnerRez permission

OwnerRez keeps amenities, descriptions and photos behind an additional permission that has to be enabled for your account. Properties, bookings and owner terms all sync without it — but if that permission isn’t in place, amenity-driven features look empty rather than wrong.

Slipstream detects this and says so directly — your Health page shows “Listing content isn’t reaching us” on the OwnerRez row rather than leaving you to guess. To enable it, email OwnerRez at partnerhelp@ownerrez.com and ask for listings access for your Slipstream integration.

There are plenty of dashboards that give you readings.

But can you see where those results come from? Are they useful to you, or built around people with different needs? Can you see them, and tune them?

In Slipstream, nothing is a black box.

Every figure traces back through the graph to the raw OwnerRez field it came from. The logic is yours to change — thresholds, weights, wording, which source wins a conflict — edited by the operator, without code. And you can assemble entirely new tools from your own data, rather than picking from our menu or waiting on our roadmap.

  1. Step 1

One login. No OwnerRez account is needed to look around first — the demo runs on a full synthetic portfolio.

  2. Step 2

    Pick OwnerRez

Settings → Property management system. Select OwnerRez before connecting, then Connect via OAuth. There is no API key to generate.

  3. Step 3

    We import

Properties, full booking history and owner terms. Reviews follow on our own polling schedule. A large portfolio takes a few minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Open the recipes

Every figure on your dashboard is the output of a chain you can open in Framer, follow back to its source record, and change.

We connect read-only, revocable, and yours to end

The same three facts stated on the connect walkthrough, because they should not be harder to find before you sign up than after.

  • We read, we don't write

Slipstream pulls properties, bookings, owner terms and reviews out of OwnerRez. It does not change your listings, message guests, or alter your calendar.

  • Your password stays with OwnerRez

The connection is an authorization you grant on their site, and you can revoke it from OwnerRez at any time.

  • You can disconnect here

Settings has a Disconnect control. Data already imported stays in your Slipstream account until you delete it.

We're looking for a few OwnerRez hosts to run this for a month

Free, no card, under an hour a week — and a direct hand in what ships for OwnerRez. We’re after the one thing our own test account can never give us: a real portfolio, with real history and real host writing in it.

Before you connect

What is Slipstream?
Business intelligence for short-term rental co-hosts. It reads your PMS, your own co-host website, local property records and the weather, and turns them into owner-ready reporting — the difference being that every number is the output of a recipe you can open, read and change, rather than a figure a dashboard hands you.
How do I connect it?
Sign up for Slipstream, then Settings → Property management system → select OwnerRez → Connect via OAuth. You approve on OwnerRez’s own sign-in page. The step-by-step walkthrough covers exactly what you will see, including what to do if it doesn’t work.
Is there an API key?
No — OwnerRez connections are OAuth only. OwnerRez rate-limits personal access tokens by IP address, and our servers share egress addresses across every customer, so a token would work for the first couple of accounts and then silently fail. We don’t offer one rather than offer one that breaks. If Settings is showing you a token field, the platform selector is still set to a different system.
My properties arrived, but no amenities, descriptions or photos.
That is the listings permission, not a failed connection — see the section above. Nothing is wrong with your account; OwnerRez just hasn’t enabled that part for it yet. Slipstream detects this and says so on your Health page rather than leaving you to wonder.
Does it check my listing against my amenities?
Not on OwnerRez, and this is a deliberate abstention. OwnerRez records amenities as free text rather than a fixed list, so an amenity that is absent from the payload might be absent from the property or might simply not have been written down. Slipstream won’t claim your listing contradicts your amenities when it cannot tell “no hot tub” from “hot tub not mentioned”. It still reads your listing text to find amenities worth adding.
Does it handle owner statements?
Yes, and OwnerRez is the better platform for it: it reports the contracted owner split and commission terms per property, so payouts are computed from your actual agreement rather than an assumed percentage. Owners see performance, maintenance trends and guest feedback in a portal that carries your name, drawn from the same recipes you work from.
Is this an accounting product?
No. It is reporting and analysis that reconciles against your statements — it will show you where the numbers disagree and let you follow each one back to its source record. It is not a general ledger and does not file anything.
What does it cost?
Plans are here. You can sign up and look around a full demo portfolio before connecting anything.
