Slipstream reads your properties, your full booking history, your guest reviews and your amenity list out of Hospitable — then wires them into recipes that produce owner-ready numbers you can trace back to the field they came from.
No Hospitable account needed to look around. One login works for the demo and the real thing. Slipstream is an approved Hospitable partner.

Slipstream's superpowers include automatically harvesting data from sources that don't normally talk with each other.
Capacity, location, bedrooms and bathrooms, descriptions and the full photo gallery — captions included, at original resolution rather than thumbnails.
Every reservation, not just the current season: nightly rate, length of stay, lead time, channel and status. Occupancy and booking pace are computed from the record, not sampled.
Read and scored for sentiment, then mined for the things reviews are actually good at surfacing — maintenance problems recurring across stays, and amenities guests expected and did not find.
Hospitable returns an enumerated amenity list, so an amenity missing from it is a measured fact rather than silence. Slipstream can say your listing does not have something, not merely that it did not see it.
Hospitable pushes updates to us, so a new booking or an edited listing lands without waiting for a nightly job.
Your own co-host website read as a data source and reconciled against what Hospitable holds; local property records and valuations for the neighbourhoods you operate in; weather against your calendar.
Comps and valuations are an account entitlement rather than part of every plan.
But can you see where those results come from? Are they useful to you, or built around people with different needs? Can you see them, and tune them?
In Slipstream, nothing is a black box.
Every figure traces back through the graph to the raw Hospitable field it came from. The logic is yours to change — thresholds, weights, wording, which source wins a conflict — edited by the operator, without code. And you can assemble entirely new tools from your own data, rather than picking from our menu or waiting on our roadmap.
See it in the product tourOne login. No Hospitable account is needed to look around first — the demo runs on a full synthetic portfolio.

Properties, listing details, full booking history and reviews. A large portfolio with years of history takes a few minutes.
Every figure on your dashboard is the output of a chain you can open in Framer, follow back to its source record, and change.
The same three facts stated on the connect walkthrough, because they should not be harder to find before you sign up than after.
We read, we don't write
Slipstream pulls properties, reservations and reviews out of Hospitable. It does not change your listings, message guests, or alter your calendar.
Your password stays with Hospitable
The connection is an authorization you grant on their site, and you can revoke it from Hospitable at any time.
You can disconnect here
Settings has a Disconnect control. Data already imported stays in your Slipstream account until you delete it.
Connect Hospitable and run Slipstream against your own properties. The parts worth having are the parts that are hard to judge from a sample dataset.
