SlipStream Pilot Program

Rental Insights Made Easy 4-WEEK PILOT

We're testing new app capabilities designed to streamline your daily workflow and give you new views and insights into your operations, ahead of our Summer 2026 rollout. As a pilot host you get a month of free premium access, a direct hand in shaping the final product, and a discount if you'd like to continue after the pilot, with our thanks. Naturally there is no commitment required on your part.

What SlipStream is (30-second version): A shared intelligence layer for co-hosts and owners, rather than another PMS. It fuses your Hospitable data with reviews, market comps, weather and county records, then turns it into decisions both you and the owners you work with can trust. The engine is open: every number traces back to an editable recipe, so nothing is a black box.
1 Pilot Timeline
📅 Mon, Aug 3 → Mon, Aug 31, 2026
4-week window • Onboarding help in week 1 • Feedback windows run throughout
2 What We're Learning
  • Does the intelligence match reality? (Review Signals, Maintenance Prophet, Growth gaps)
  • Is it actionable? Do insights change decisions you'd make this week?
  • Does it build trust between co-hosts and owners?
  • Can non-technical hosts use our Framer tool to author novel recipes?
  • Where is there friction? (Onboarding, data connection, day-to-day speed)
3 Workflows to Test (Pick What Fits)

🎥 New here? Start with the guided tour for a quick lay of the land before picking a workflow below.

1. Framer — Author a Recipe

New to Framer? Watch the Framer intro video. Then start with the built-in Maintenance Prophet recipe — run it on a property with critical reviews and check whether the predicted maintenance risks are real and worth acting on. From there, tweak or build your own recipe chain that answers a pain point you actually have; change a step and watch every property re-score.

Low-code, adaptable analytics with no data team — turns guest sentiment into operational action

2. Review Signals

Open reviews → Review Signals. Do auto-clustered friction signals (graded, counted, quote-traceable) match what you'd flag? New to this view? Watch the Insights intro video first.

Tests data-to-language accuracy

3. Growth — Listing vs Reality

Review listing-gap and "spotted for you" opportunities. Do they catch amenities or fixes you'd actually make?

Turns unstructured data into revenue moves

4. Co-host ↔ Owner View

Preview the owner view, which is designed for sharing directly with an owner. Is it a clear, faithful picture of operations, and can it build trust?

Partnership transparency thesis

5. Onboarding & Data

Connect Hospitable; check that property list, reservations and reviews come across cleanly, with names matched.

4 Your Commitment

Less than an hour a week (≈3 hours total)

No prep required — the concierge helps you connect in week 1. For each workflow you try, a one-line note — "useful / confusing / wrong / I'd change X" — is exactly the feedback we need.
